At your service, throughout the hospital, there are information stations:
- Gur Shasha Building primary information desk - The desk is located on the entrance level of the Gur Shasha building, near the building's elevators.

Parking - Beilinson Hospital
- Underground parking - for a fee - intended for the general public.
The nearest parking lot to the emergency medicine ward (ER), outpatient clinics and hospitalization wards. Located near the main entrance to the hospital.
Price: 25 NIS per day (until midnight).
The underground parking lot is new, advanced and built to the standards of leading hospitals in the world.
The parking lot contains 410 parking spaces.
Entrance to the parking lot: From Soroka Street, from the south to the north only (the entrance to Soroka Street - from Degania and Ansky streets) . - Southern parking lot - for a fee - intended for the general public.
Price: 20 NIS per day (until midnight).
Discounts will be given in exceptional cases, in coordination with a social worker in the department.
Located near the southern entrance to the hospital complex, south of the Schneider Children's Medical Center.
Entrance to the parking lot: From Soroka Street and Kaplan Street. - Davidoff Center parking lot - free of charge.

Located in the basement of the Davidoff building, near the eastern entrance to the hospital complex. Entrance to the parking lot from Kaplan Street. - Disabled parking within the hospital complex - for patients only, subject to presenting a disabled tag and relevant walking aids (wheelchair/walker/walking stick/crutches) - only if the disabled person drives/is in the vehicle. The disabled parking area, inside the hospital complex, is located next to the women's hospital, pending on parking place vacancy. Entrance to the parking lot from Soroka Street.

Maternity Lounge
A large and spacious area designed for women who are discharged from the hospital after birth but are forced to stay there, sometimes for many hours, since their baby is still hospitalized.
"Yad Sarah"
Lending of medical equipment - a volunteer organization that provides medical rehabilitation equipment and maternity equipment.
Yad Sarah branch is located on the entrance floor of the hospital, at the end of the corridor leading to the exit to Kaplan Street. Tel.: 03-9376879.

Army Medical Link Unit (RAM 2)
A unit responsible for the admission and treatment of hospitalized soldiers and their families, during the days of hospitalization and during the subsequent sick leave days ("Gimelim").
The office is located on the entrance floor of the hospital, at the end of the corridor leading to the entrance to Kaplan Street Gate.

Wheelchairs for transporting patients, loaned, throughout the hospital, using a 5-shekel coin.
Synagogues
There are two synagogues in the hospital, located on the entrance floor of the hospitalization building - Gur Shasha.
- The Great Synagogue (named after the late Farcha and Moshe Shasha) is located in the hospitalization building - Gur Shasha, on the ground floor, at the end of the main corridor.
- The small synagogue is located in the hospital building - Gur Shasha on the ground floor, next to the workers' dining room.
The synagogues are open 24 hours a day.
