For the third time in a row, the hospitals are being awarded for their quality of treatment.
The prestigious standard mark was awarded after a review team on behalf of the organization visited Israel to conduct a strict review of the hospitals. During the review, the reviewers examined most of the operation areas of the two hospitals from head to toe, including the hospitalization wards, institutes, clinics and more. The topics that were examined included: drug treatment safety, infection prevention, inter-team communication, handling of the human resource, and more. The review process lasted 5 days.

Dr. Eran Halpern, Manager of Beilinson and Hasharon Hospitals: "The great achievement of our teams, for the third time in a row, demonstrates that the high standards of patient quality and safety have become part of our hospital's DNA. These were not specific preparations for a review, but an organizational culture that sanctifies these values. I feel proud that our hospitals have received further official recognition, from a professional and qualified external source, for being excellent hospitals."
Prof. Yaron Niv, deputy head of the Rabin Medical Center (Beilinson and Hasharon Hospitals), who led the process of preparing for the accreditation review: "The impressive willing contribution by the hospital personnel, who worked in full cooperation, enabled receiving the JCI accreditation again, and with excellent results. We pledge to continue providing our patients with medical treatment of the same standards of quality and excellence that reflected in the accreditation review."
Ricky Zetland, Head of Nursing at Rabin (Beilinson and Sharon Hospitals): "Choosing us as winners of the outstanding treatment quality accreditation for the third time in a row is no small matter. Meeting the high standards of the JCI time after time, requires a very professional team that works all year round with a great commitment to adhere to the strictest and most professional principles."
