The Ministry of Health samples patients' satisfaction during hospitalization, in all hospitals in Israel. Beilinson Hospital of Clalit Health Services Group received the highest scores in the following indices:
• Beilinson Hospital was ranked first in the final score that weighs all the survey indices
• Beilinson Hospital is first place in overall satisfaction with the hospital
• Beilinson Hospital is ranked first in environmental conditions
Hasharon Hospital in Petach Tikvah (constituting a part of Rabin Medical Center) was also ranked number one in patient satisfaction, after making a significant leap in the following indices:
• Hasharon Hospital is first place in trustworthy treatment
• Hasharon Hospital was successful and above average in terms of its attitude toward and respect for the patient
• Hasharon Hospital was successful and above average in terms of providing information and explanations
• Hasharon Hospital was successful and above average in terms of efficiency ratings
