Unit Activity

● Providing service to external clients of the hospital
● Handling all kinds of applications from hospital clients - requests, complaints, thank you letters.
● Assisting in solving problems that may arise during hospital care
● Providing guidance and counselling patients regarding the realization of their privileges according to the patients’ rights act
● Guiding the medical and administrative staff regarding the instructions of the patients’ rights act.

Filing a Complaint
For the information of insured who wish to file a complaint against the HMO or its service provider (including hospitals who provide services to the HMOs). Complaints can be filed in issues involving your rights, regarding the national health services basket, the plan for additional health services and/or other issues involving the realization of your rights as patients and insured individuals.
For this, you must refer to the public relations unit in the Ministry of Health (it is possible to submit complaints also regarding other issues that are subject to the insurance responsibility of the Ministry of Health subject to the third addition to the National Health Law). Exceptions Committee
An insured individual requiring a health service discluded from the national health basket may apply to the exceptions committee. The right to apply to the exceptions committee is reserved to any insured individual who suffers from a medical condition that significantly influences his medical condition and his function, and who requires a health service discluded form the basket. Apply using one of the following ways and with the relevant documents attached.
