Introduction:
The Outpatient Clinics and Institutes at Rabin Medical Center provide comprehensive ambulatory services in every area of medicine, incorporating complete diagnostic and imaging services, state of the art medical equipment, and day care hospitalization.
Our ambulatory services are provided by expert physicians from the various hospitalization departments and institutes. Their wide range of medical skills allows for ongoing follow up, surveillance and specific treatment for every patient.
The clinics utilize an advanced computerized system which is fully secure and protects all the patients' records and sensitive medical information.
The ambulatory services in both of our hospitals, Beilinson and Hasharon integrate with one another, and allow our large staff of physicians, in every area of medicine, to provide full medical services as required by the patient. Our aim is to provide our patients with comprehensive, warm, individual and professional care as well as the best possible treatment and service.

General Information for Patients Using our Outpatient Clinics / Institutes
- Ambulatory treatment in the hospital requires that you bring on every visit a Financial Obligation Form from your Health Insurance Provider (Form 17), Form 103 or 213 for soldiers, or from the police in the case of a road accident. The form must have the correct code according to the required medical service (physician consultation, medical test, treatment). Those who arrive without a financial obligation form will be required to provide payment, using either cash or credit card, or by leaving a deposit until they can make arrangements for payment with their health insurance provider. Payment can be made at the Ambulatory Clinics Office. Please make sure you have available some form of identification as well as your magnetic health insurance card.
- Upon arriving at the hospital please go to the specific Ambulatory Clinic, where the secretary of that clinic will register you for your appointment and give you a number which will be called when your turn has arrived. Please hold on to the number you have been given as you will need it throughout your time at the hospital. Our Q-Flow system includes screens spread throughout the waiting areas which will indicate the progress of those waiting to be called for their appointments and will call your number and direct you to the appropriate room.
- Please respect the privacy of the person currently receiving service.
- You will be called in accordance with the time of your appointment and the number you were given upon registration at the clinic.
- We will do everything possible to be on schedule for your appointment but there may be delays for various reasons and we ask you to be patient.
- Please refrain from using cellular telephones during your appointment.
- Every patient has the right to be accompanied by one other person throughout the appointment.
- Smoking is not permitted in any area of the hospital
- The hospital is not responsible for any of your personal property.
- Please respect the attending staff and listen to their instructions.
- Please keep the hospital clean, respect the need for quiet and respect hospital and personal property.
- Please note the hospital is a teaching hospital, with medical students, fellows and residents, so we ask that you show understanding and patience for this important aspect of our work.
